When did this happen?

We have some friends, who have been....ummm, slightly weird! When Sweetie and I first got married, they were complete and total...Disneyland Freaks! They lived and breathed Disneyland (good thing they lived in California!) They would wear Disney clothes and jewelry...all the time! They had Disney movies...and books...and collectibles! Their bathroom was completely Mickey-ized! They knew every up-to-the-last-minute detail about Disneyland...rides, hidden Mickeys and trivia. They even went so far as to record the sounds and music on the rides! Freaky, huh?! Except that now...Sweetie and I have almost turned into the same kind of Freaks! No...we don't have a Mickey bathroom...yet! But we LOVE Disneyland...that's Love with a capital L! We love the sights (people watching is our favorite), the rides, all of the "hidden stuff" (Main Street window names, the matterhorn basketball court, etc), most of the food, the smell (yes, Disneyland has its own distinct smell!) and just the general feeling of happiness and goodness you get when you walk through those gates and see the giant Mickey made of flowers! Now, we don't wear Disney stuff all the time...although I do own a few pairs of Mickey earrings. And if you stay on this blog long enough, you WILL hear Disneyland music. We may not be up-to-the-minute on Disneyland goings-on (we do know where all of the bathrooms are...even the "hidden" ones!) And we do have a CD with all of the music from Disneyland on it...and... Yeah...I guess you're right! We are F-R-E-A-K-Y Mouses!
