Sweetie and I watched some of those cook-off shows on the Food Network this weekend...you know the ones...where they make some sculpturally snooty dinner in 30 minutes, or they cook something with gosh-awful ingredients...mmmm, duck, okra, brussel sprouts and clam juice. Well, Sunday night, I got a nice surprise. Inspired by all those cooking shows, Sweetie said that he was going to make dinner for me one night this week. He made his "famous" cream cheese and ham omelet! Delicious! Any meal you don't have to cook for yourself tastes good.
