La Mama Loco

One of the highlights of our "almost yearly" trip to Disneyland is lunch at El Pollo Loco, just east of Disneyland on Ball Road. Oh My!!...deliciously grilled chicken, beans and mariachi music! Can you say...El Yummy?! Well, the chicken gods have benevolently looked down upon us and graced us with an El Pollo Loco in northern Utah...there is a new one in southern Utah too. Before that it was "road trip to Vegas" to get some! Sweetie and I went to lunch there on our anniversary adventure...well worth the trip to the foreign territory of Utah county! So if you've been craving that delectably grilled chicken, with rice and beans...head down to Lehi. Es muy maravilloso!
